We are happy to invite you to our first Parents’ Meeting of the new Kita year!

This meeting is a wonderful opportunity to meet the team, exchange ideas, talk about important topics for the new Kita year, and look together at how we can continue to build a strong and welcoming community for our children and families.
Our agenda includes:
1. Getting to Know the Team & Organisational Matters
• Introduction of our team
• Important dates from our Kita Calendar and what they mean for our Kita community
• Action Days
• Kita Trip
• Kita Sleepover
• Costume Party
• Other important dates and organisational information
2. Pedagogical Work – Parent Participation & Community
• Parent representatives and elections
• Building and strengthening our parent community
• How can parents participate and contribute?
• What would we like to accomplish together this Kita year?
3. Pedagogical Work – Media & Project Work
• Media consumption: Why is this an important topic for our children and families? As our first Family Café had to be cancelled, we would like to give this topic special attention.
• Project work: What does project work mean in our Kita? How does it support your child’s development, learning and participation?

Our Action Day is a special time when children, parents and the Kita Educators come together to make our Kita even more beautiful! 💚
Together, we will clean, plant, build and create — and this year, we have something special planned: we want to build a barefoot path for the children! 🦶🌿
Bring your helping hands, your good mood and, if you like, something yummy to share for our buffet. 🥐🍓

05.11 and 6.11.2026 The Kita is Closed!
On 5 and 6 November, our Kita will be closed for our Internal Evaluation Days. During these two days, our team takes time to reflect on our work, exchange ideas and further develop the quality of our pedagogical practice.
17th of July Summer Party starts 14:30
Please don’t forget to bring a white or light-colored T-shirt so we can paint it together!
Kitaplätze ab August 2024
Liebe interessierte Eltern,
ab sofort beginnen wir mit der Kitaplatzbelegung unserer 4 Kitas ab August 2024.
Wir freuen uns über alle Bewerbungen und lesen uns jede sehr aufmerksam durch!
Um uns die Kitapatzbelegung zu erleichtern, möchten wir Sie bei einer Bewerbung bitten, alle für uns nötigen Daten (Geburtsjahr und Geschlecht Ihres Kindes, die zu Hause gesprochenen Sprachen, Ihre PLZ, Ihre Mailadresse, Ihre Telefonnummer und den gewünschten Betreuungsbeginn und gewünschte Kita) zu nennen. Senden Sie uns bitte auch Ihren Kitagutschein zu, wenn Sie diesen schon haben.
Dies erleichtert uns, uns einen guten Überblick über die von uns zugesendeten Anmeldungen zu bekommen.

Wintercafe am 14.12.23
Liebe Familien,
am Donnerstag ab 15:00 Uhr findet unser Wintercafe statt. Es wird mit den Kindern gesungen, Plätzchen wird gebacken und die Kitagesellschaft bekommt die Chance, die Jahreszeit gemeinsam zu genießen. Für Getränke sorgen die Kita. Über Kleinigkeiten zum essen würden wir uns freuen.

Dear families,
our Wintercafe takes place on Thursday from 3pm. We plan to sing with the children, bake cookies and celebrate the festive season with our kita community. The Kita will provide drinks. We would be grateful if some or all of you could bring some food and snacks.

Aktionstag 30.09.2023
A big thank you to all the parents and children who helped to make our Aktionstag on 30.09 such a great success. Thanks to all your hard work, the Kita looks as good as new! The food was also delicious. Photos of the day can be seen elsewhere on the site.

Tschüss und Willkommen
Wieder hat ein neues Kindergartenjahr begonnen.
Der SpielRaum Reinickenufer verabschiedet alle Schulkinder, die unsere Einrichtung verlassen und wünscht ihnen alles Gute und einen erfolgreichen Start in die Schule.
Außerdem begrüßen wir die neuen Familien und Kinder, die in diesem Jahr zu uns kommen.

Kultur-Woche auf dem Otto-Spielplatz
Liebe Familien
Am 13.06 bringen wir die Kofferfische Kinder zum Otto-Spielplatz, sodass sie Pantomime erleben können. Dieser Ausflug findet in Bezug auf die Moabiter Woche der Kulturellen Bildung statt. Das Angebot ist nicht nur auf Kitas, sondern auch auf Familien gerichtet. Wer Angaben darüber gern hätte, kann uns einfach fragen.

On June 13th we will be bringing children from the Boxfish group to the Otto-Spielplatz, where they will experience Pantomime as part of the Moabit Cultural Education Week. This festival is also open to private visitors. Anyone with an interest in learning about what is on offer can ask kita staff for details.OttoEvent
